Arsenal Trade Center 10.5 Mega Watt Solar Project

10.5 Mega Watt Project at the Arsenal Trade Center in Sayreville NJ with 23,216 solar panels installed.

Wysocki Electric served as an electrical contractor for the solar project at Arsenal Trade Center in Sayreville, New Jersey. The project involved the installation of a large-scale rooftop solar array across three logistics buildings totaling more than 1.1 million square feet.

The solar installation has a generating capacity of approximately 10.5 megawatts and is part of the New Jersey Community Solar Energy Program. The project was developed through a partnership between Altus Power, CBRE Investment Management, and Trammell Crow Company, with the generated electricity serving commercial tenants and local community solar subscribers.

The Arsenal Trade Center project represents a significant commercial solar installation, incorporating renewable energy generation into a large-scale industrial development.
