URBY Fishtown is a state-of-the-art, five-story apartment building featuring 204 residential units, three commercial spaces, and more than 5,264 square feet dedicated to amenities. Designed to offer a modern urban living experience, the building provides an impressive array of amenities in the heart of Philadelphia’s vibrant Fishtown neighborhood.

The ground-floor commercial spaces feature expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, while the upper floors showcase large, industrial-inspired windows that complement the building’s contemporary design. The project also encompasses the development of an entire city block along Front Street.

Adding to the complexity of the project is its location immediately adjacent to Philadelphia’s elevated rail line, commonly known as the “EL”. Working in such a constrained urban environment requires careful planning and coordination. Crane operations, excavation, and other major construction activities must be performed with exceptional attention to safety and precision.
